Filmar Extra Strong bubble wrap envelopes

Filmar Extra Strong envelopes present a solution for those that still need even more protection for their parcels. LDPE bubble wrap combined during production process with coated paper of 140 g/m2 of its total weight give additional protection against damage during transport. The envelopes are opaque to make the contents of a parcel very private.

Like the Filmar Classic type of envelopes they have the Trifix system (firm closure, opening for clamps and a transparent strap that enables a repeated opening and closing of an envelope).

Filmar Extra Strong envelopes are available in marble colour and in standard sizes according to the Filmar Classic envelopes specifications.

Description of the envelopes

1. Adhesive glued strap
Strong and permanent Hot Melt glue + a protective strap. Once the strap is torn away, the envelope is ready for closure.

2. Bubble plastic film
Bubble plastic film protects the parcel against mechanical damage.

3. Openings for clamps
They are used to multiple-close envelopes. They are an alternative to the reseal straps.

4. The reseal strap
For multiple-closing of envelopes.

5. Strong welds on the edges of the envelope
They make the envelope more stiff and secure paper parcels against deformation.

6. Kraft-type paper
High quality white or brown uncoated paper with increased fiber resistance. It is possible to separate it from bubble plastic film and obtain pure recyclable paper.
