Our foam envelopes are a great alternative to air-padded envelopes for protecting delicate items like CDs/DVDs, lacquered products or electronic equipment from scratching during transport.
These envelopes combine 2 mm thick polyethylene foam with Kraft paper of 70g/m2 while being lightweight (total weight of 80 gsm per envelope).
Our foam mailers are available in 11 standard sizes.

Technical details
– Strong adhesive glued strap for effective closure.

Our foam envelopes are a great alternative to bubble envelopes and are used to protect delicate items from scratches during shipping. FILMAR padded mailing envelopes are perfect for sending items such as CDs/DVDs, photos, albums, lacquered products or electronic equipment.
What are our protective envelopes made of?
Our foam mailers combine 2 mm thick polyethylene foam with mottled kraft paper with a weight of 70 g/m2,ensuring that the padded envelope better holds its form and is protected from deformation during transport. FILMAR foam envelopes maintain a low weight (total grammage of 80 g/m² per envelope). The Reseal strip and strong seals on the edges of the protective envelope allow for repeated opening and closing of the envelope.

One of the undoubted advantages of foam envelopes is their natural appearance. It is an aesthetic and minimalist packaging whose durability is ensured by additional protection in the form of high-quality PE foam and strong kraft paper. After use and separation into two parts you can recycle padded envelopes.

The last issue subject to personalization is the material itself – recycled padded envelopes can be made of ESD antistatic foil, original foil or recycled material.
